Beginners

Yoga can seem intimidating and finding the right class can be confusing. In this Beginners class we will start from the ground up, keeping an eye on your alignment every step of the way.

You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind, but help you deepen into your practice as well. Together we will find out how the poses can work for you personally. We will work on Pranayama (breath control) , Asana (poses), meditation and some background into the history of yoga and what it’s all about.

New to yoga?

Foundations

A gentle way to learn more about yoga. In a safe and relaxing atmosphere, students will learn the benefits of yoga, basic yoga asana or postures, proper yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. This is an excellent introduction for new students but is also great for the experienced student looking to fine tune their practice.

Yoga Flow

This class is dynamic and explorative. Incorporating creative sequencing, anatomical focus areas and traditional teachings,Yoga Flow tunes into your body’s need to move. Using the physical body as a tool of transformation. We take you deep into the physical experience, helping you to escape stress and arrive at a quieter place a little closer to home. Suitable for all experience levels.

Power Yoga

Harness the power of the body, breath and mind.  Power Yoga utilises a dynamic combination of strength, balance and flow to build body and core strength. The line-up of postures is diverse and is accessible to all ability levels.  “Power Yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom. Yin Yoga

Find serenity. This slow-paced practice aims to quieten both the mind and body and work towards a place of surrender.  By holding passive postures or asanas for longer periods of time, Yin Yoga allows the muscles to relax around the connective tissue or fascia to help improve flexibility while creating space for the mind to clear unconscious emotions and reduce stress and anxiety.  This class is not suitable during pregnancy.

restorative flow

A gentle mix of ‘Restorative Yoga' & ‘Flow' that will bring peace to the heart while relaxing the mind & body. Intended to calm the nervous system & encourage mindfulness, this class is a beautiful way to finish the day and cultivate self-love. The class begins with a soothing flow subtly moving towards poses that are nurturing and inspire tranquility.

Yoga hiit Fusion

Embrace the powerful combination of Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to keep your heart and body healthy. Catering for every fitness level, this fun 30 minute class will build strength, work your cardiovascular system and give you a wonderful energy high that will leave you counting down to the next session. Taken by qualified, passionate and caring instructors, Yoga HIIT Fusion provides you with an enjoyable way to mix up your weekly routine and feel results fast.

pilates

Learn the basic principles of Pilates to help improve your yoga practice. Move with fluidity and grace.  Benefits include increased core strength, improved postural alignment, greater joint mobilisation, helps develop co-ordination, stability and breath.  Booking for this class is essential!

Kids Yoga

Yoga for kids helps to build awareness of their physical and emotional self, improves concentration, provides tools for coping with stress, encourages patiences and builds self confidence, in a fun and safe environment. Parents are noticing the positive effects of kids yoga in many aspects of their children's lives.  We welcome all families to try a class for free before committing. 

Pre and Post Natal Yoga

Specially designed for pregnant and post natal mothers, this peaceful class promotes relaxation, supports emotional wellbeing as well as increases strength, flexibility and agility.  With the aim of toning the birthing muscles, alleviating aches and improving circulation, the poses included in the practice helps to builds body and breath awareness while creating a wonderful sense of community and empowerment.
